The IRIS (Incident Response and Information System) Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) SMS service enables Information Logistics (ILOG) to send one-time passcodes (OTPs) and account verification codes to registered users via text message. These messages are sent solely to verify users' identities and protect the security of users' IRIS (also known as HELP Alerts) accounts. They are not marketing or promotional messages. Messages are sent only to users who have opted in by adding their phone number to their account and initiating a login or security check.
Messages are transmitted from a 10-digit long code (10DLC) registered with U.S. wireless carriers under the ILOG brand. While ILOG will at all times attempt to deliver authentication messages promptly, delivery is subject to your carrier’s network conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Use of this service is voluntary; however, opting out may affect your ability to access your account.
When using this service, we will send text messages to your mobile phone containing one-time passcodes or account verification codes. These messages are triggered solely by your own account activity, such as login attempts or security verifications.
By providing your mobile phone number during IRIS/ HELP account registration, you consent to receive SMS-based authentication and account security messages from ILOG. The following disclosure is presented at the point of phone number collection and is incorporated into these Terms:
By providing your phone number and completing registration, you consent to receive one-time transactional security codes via SMS from HELP by ILOG. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using any HELP service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can opt out of this service at any time by texting STOP to the sending number. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further authentication SMS messages will be sent. Please note that disabling SMS-based 2FA may affect your ability to log in to your HELP account if no alternative verification method is configured. Contact support before opting out if you have questions.
The following keywords are accepted and honored at any time (not case-sensitive): STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. Reply HELP or INFO at any time to receive support contact information.
The following responses will be automatically sent upon receipt of the corresponding keyword:
STOP: "IRIS: You have opted out of all services. There will be no more msgs. Info at helpi2.com/tc2fa".
HELP: "IRIS: Visit helpi2.com/tc2fa for info. Reply STOP to cancel. Msg&Data Rates may apply."
